Mudra for the week is, Hakini Mudra! It is well known to aid concentration, focus and improve brain power by helping to bring together the right and left sides of the brain. I actually started using this Hand Mudra, i was forgetting things alot more than usual! Once becoming a Reiki Master and Teacher though @lisapowers.co Back in 2017.
