Detox Salad

THE RECIPE

Ingredients:

-1 carrot -1 big handful baby spinach -1 or 2 sticks of celery -1/3 to 1/2 cucumber -100g cauliflower florets -1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar -squeeze of fresh lemon juice -sea salt & cracked black pepper (to taste)

(serves 1 as a meal or 2 as a side)
