  • Return Policy

    The Tè Spot will refund any unopened or unused product for a period of 30 days after the product is shipped. The product being exchanged or returned must be in it's original condition and packaging. Unless the product was defective, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the cost to return the package back to us.

    Please note that clearance items and mystery/subscription boxes cannot be returned.

    Defective/Damaged Products

    If you find that there is a problem with your product, please contact the The Te Spot support team immediately upon receiving your order. We will then email you a return label to place directly on your box and you can return it to us at no charge to you. Once the product has tracking showing it is in transit, we will send out a replacement, issue you a store credit, or refund you the full price of the product.
